Aaron Kilbride State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Customer Outreach & Appointment Setting Specialist to join our growing team!

This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to start conversations. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls, generating interest in insurance products, and scheduling appointments for our licensed sales team.

No insurance experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in State Farm insurance products.
  
  
• Engage potential customers in friendly, professional conversations.
  
  
• Schedule qualified appointments for our licensed insurance sales team.
  
  
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments.
  
  
• Consistently work toward daily and weekly activity and appointment-setting goals.
  
  
• Collaborate with our sales team to maximize opportunities and contribute to agency growth.

Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
